Shipping Policy

GIFTHIM ships eligible orders within the United States. Available delivery options and shipping rates are shown at checkout based on the delivery address, the items in the order, and the selected shipping method.

Order processing
Processing times can vary by item. Any item specific production or personalization time is shown on the product page before checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Shipping rates
For regular items, UPS shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For designated oversized items, standard shipping within the United States is $15. Local delivery for eligible oversized orders in Williamsburg and Boro Park is $10 when offered at checkout.

Delivery information
Please provide an accurate shipping address and contact information at checkout. GIFTHIM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
