Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • The following items are non-returnable:

    • Personalized products

    • Grooming goods

    • Perfume & cologne

    • Seasonal items

    • Final sale items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
